I have a '94 Mercury Tracer I went out to start it one day and I had no heat. I checked all the fuses. I put a new blower motor in it. I'm getting power down to my blower motor. When I pulled the blower motor out there was a lot of water that fell down with it. It seems like there was a relay that went out of it or something. Where are the relays that could cause this problem related to the heater. Or what else could cause this problem

Repaced the blower motor, checked all the fuses, checked all the wiring with a test light
