1991 mercury capri 1.6,
fills oil with gas things I have replaced
1.fuel pump 2.fuel injectors, fuel rail,regulator,filter,3.air flow meter.I change the oil and plugs I get a day of it running well then it starts missing and the oil smells of gas is there something i'm missing .This has been a problem for several months any information would be appreciated. Thank you, Bob j.Love

Reply to Hammer Time's Post: hi the car runs well after changing the oil ,the next morning it starts then as it warms up it smokes with a strong flooded smell, gas even drips out of the exhaust.I check the oil and the dip stick smells just like gas has been poured in the oil.Hope this helps to solve the problem .Thanks for your help, Bob
