I have a 93 Mercury Cougar and after the car sits for a couple days when I start it the Blower motor and directional signals do not work. If I turn the blower on high and restart the vehicle then they start working. All the fuses check good and I have swapped the 20 Amp Circuit breakers around. Looking through the wiring diagram I can''t figure out what ties these two items together.

Optional Information:
1993 Mercury Cougar 3.8

Already Tried:
check fuses, swap around 20 Amp circuit breakers

Hello Customer (name blocked for privacy), I would check the Grey/Yellow wires coming off the ignition switch when the problems is occurring. It feed both the blower and directional circuit. I am sending a diagram that shows the circuit. The ignition switch can have in internal poor contact. Thanks for using Just Answer ,have a great day,Jerry.
