Removal

Vehicles with 2.5L engine

Remove the accessory drive belt tensioner.

Rotate the accessory drive belt tensioner clockwise.

Remove the accessory drive belt

How to change a serpentine belt on a 2001 mercury cougar. I have removed it, though I need more detail on installing a new one, it is not going on with your reverse instructions
