I have a 94 mazda mx6 v6 2.5 . I recently had all the timing components replaced, but now my check engine light is on. I don't think that there is anything wrong with it, but every where that I go to get it checked doesn't have the right equipment. I need to get it to pass emmisions, and it won't with the check engine light on. what should I do? Is there any way to clear it on my own?

Optional Information:
1994 Mazda mx6 v6 2.5 L

Already Tried:
I've tried disconnecting the battery and the main fuse.
