I have a 1998 Mazda Millenia with tilt steering wheel. The steering wheel is stuck in up position............is there any way to get it down without replacing the motor for the thing? I do not want to pay to fix it, just want to get the steerinmg wheel to a comfortable position

Toogled the switch, there is a clicking sound in the motor of the tilt assembly, but steering wheel will not move
