i have a 96 mazda 626, i'm not getting fuel passed the fuel pressure regulater . I,ve replaced the fuel pump and the fuel filter but fuel will not pass the regulater. i have vacume to the reguater . this is the third regulater that i have installed. two from the dealer and one from auto zone and still nothing ....
