My 1987 mazda 323 turns over and no fuel is pumping. I replaced the fuel pump and filter and still no luck is there a relay or fuse that takes care of that

Already Tried:
changing the fuel pump and fuel filter I don't think the pump is getting power

Yes, there is a fuse and a relay. Check them both.

Reply to James's Post: where is the fuse and the relay in the 87 323. I looked in the fuse box under the dash and there was no fuse labelled for the fuel pump and I could not find the relay either

They are on the fenderwell underneath the hood.
