What is the best way to find, and fix, the reason my 1991 Mazda will not start, NO SPARK, very intermittently. I have replaced the distributor, engine computer, coil, ignition module. I suspect some sensor telling the computer to KILL the spark.

Optional Information:
1991 Mazda B2600I 2.6L sohc 4-cyl

Already Tried:
Replaced distributor, coil, engine computer, ignition module. I have determined that ignition module/igniter is NOT SWITCHING because I measure nearly the same voltage on both sides of the coil.

I have also determined that every time I turn the key to start cranking the engine, I get only 2 sparks from the coil as the engine starts to crank, then no more sparks until I release the key to stop cranking, I get 2 more sparks. NO MATTER HOW LONG I CRANK THE ENGINE, I GET ONLY 2 SPARKS AT THE START AND 2 SPARKS AT THE END.

I tried what you suggested and it did not work. You sounded so sure of yourself. I still had no spark with the 12 volt wire from battery to coil.
I measured the pulses out on my distributor's CRANK ANGLE SENSOR/Hall Effect module while motor was CRANKING(with coil wire out)& RUNNING & FAILING TO START(with coil wire in). I had 2.35VAC while cranking and running and NOTHING while FAILING TO START.
That tells me my new distributor is bad like the original one was. I now suspect that I need another new DISTRIBUTOR ( 2nd one).
Thanks for trying.
