I would recommend a transmission reverse flush as oppossed to just the drain and fill. This is a service performed by most auto repair facilities today. The pan doesn't even have to come off.The system is backflushed to remove any impurities, even from the filter.Call around for the best price for this service. Most shops will ask you if you're having trouble and suggest additional diagnosis and services etc.But just have them perform the flush. They do that to protect themselves and to up-sell.Thats about the best advice I can give you short of going to a Trans. repair facility and having a full diagnosis performed to isolate the root cause of this issue which could be related to pump pressure, cooler restrictions, sticking valves etc.A system flush might actually alleviate some of these conditions,GO FOR IT!Let me know how you make out should you decide to proceed by sending me a PM.Good luck.
