where is the fuel pump reset switch on a Mazda 1989 4 cly

I think it is a MX 6 front wheel drive

1989 turbo

is there a reset switch for the fuel system

I changed it all and it isn't getting power thru one of the wires out od three

I've been told it is in the trunk, under the driver seat???
