1996 mx-6 v6 5-speed. when in neutral, coasting, at any speed, humming sound, changes volume at different speeds. changes to lower pitch when braking. noise also heard when in gear, however not noticeable at higher speeds due to normal noises. began after heavy rains and driving through big puddles, don't know if releated.
