i m removing an alternator from a accord and despite

I'm removing an alternator from a 91 Accord and despite removing the bolts mentioned in the brief manual, I'm unable to remove it from the "adjuster bar". Any tips, am I missing something?

Optional Information:
1991 Honda Accord

Already Tried:
a brief repair manual has guided me through 3 bolts, removal of belt. I'ts loose but not coming off the adjuster bar.
