Closing Fees - Closing fees are the nominal expenses associated with the process borrowing money. The most common types of closing fees are lawyer fees, documentation processing fees ... etc.

But in reality, they can be any costs incured that are related to the process of doing the repo, researching documents, making phone calls, referral services, etc. etc. Pretty much they can include any incidentals that the company wants to put in them. But as a normal rule they are itemized individually on a closing sheet that shows all of the costs incured with the service you are preforming.
