i have a lincoln mark viii 1994. it will turn start on ocasion for a seconed then quit. the spark plugs have gas on them when pulled out. replaced them then the one behind plug closest to the steering wheel had gas on it when checked. ive replaced the fuel pump, filter,the plugs everything is firing i am very confused.

Already Tried:
changed fuel pump,filter, computer. the gas is flooding. changed the plugs the originol plugs had gas on them the new set of plugs after tryining to start the one behind the steering wheel had gas on it when checked
