Strange odor from Air Condition vents

How do I unplug the evaporator drain. No water seems to come out after using the AC. 1995 Lincoln town car.

Hello

The drain is clogged and will have to be cleaned. You will have to get underneath vehicle on the passenger side. you will have to find a rubber hose coming from firewall underneath a/c. Use a small wire and clean it out. On some model hose may be crimped at end and needs to be cut open.

After repair you will want to spray deodorize in the air intake located on the passenger inside just above footwell.
