My 1992 Lincoln town car has begun to show the power suspension light(rearend is nearly dragging the ground) antilock brake light is on check engine light is on radio antenna rises but won't go down even though I hear the motor running. Fuses are all good as is the power suspension pump. could it be the relay switches     inside the engine compartment located next to the battery?
