I have a 2000 land rover disco and when it is cold the turn ...

I have a 2000 land rover disco and when it is cold the turn signals take about 30 seconds to work . I have replaced the flasher (relay) it didn't help. It only does it when it is I would say below 30 degees farinheit.


Any answer would be helpful.
