I have a 2002 KIA Spectra that 3 weeks ago started to have cold starting problems (almost always takes two turns of the key to start) it also jerks/bucks while driving at all speeds - almost as if someone is tapping the accelerator. Every so often , usually when letting off the accelerator around 60-70, I will feel a decrease in power and the engine will actually rev for a brief second, but my foot isn't even on the gas. One KIA dealer has put in new plugs and wires and another KIA dealer just put in a new fuel pump. Still having the problems though. Any thoughts? Thanks
