i have a 2000 kia sephia. it sat outside all winter and was never run,shame on me. well i went to srart it up to get it cleaned up but theres nothing, i put the booster cables on it and i have lights and horn and all that stuff,but not so much as a click in the ignition,nothing at all. any ideas i can try.thanks
