I am installing a new timing belt on a 1997 Kia ...

I am installing a new timing belt on a 1997 Kia Sportage 2.0. How do you set the timing marks on the cams in conjunction with the TDC mark on the crank?

Align the mating marks on the camshaft pulleys with the alignment marks on the seal plate. NOTE: For intake side camshaft pulley align "I" mark. For exhaust side camshaft pulley align mark.

Great, Set it up and it works perfectly. Someone else put a new belt on it and it had no power at all. Now it runs GREAT!
