Well Customer (name blocked for privacy), this is a really loaded question. Jags are not easy to work on or diagnose. Below you will find the wiring diagram location charts for components and connectors.
Outside of being there and doing it for you this is the best I can offer. You start at the battery and follow it to each component checking for power and operation. Or you start at the ride height sensor(graphic also included) and work your way foreward. Its not an easy task. But if you have some knowledge of how automotive dc works you should be able to tackle this.
The wiring diagram is in three parts. The right side of the first part is picked up at the left side of the second part. They are followed by the component and connector locations, and finally the graphic of the ride height sensor.
This should serve you quite well.
Best of luck with the car.
Thank you
Dave

For starters check that the ride height sensor arm is not broken, this is a common problem. It should be located near the RH Rear Of Luggage Compartment under the car.
This component has plastic ends that are known to break.
If that is broken replace it , if its good get back to me and we will go from there.

part # 2 07/17/06 11: PM Hey Dave I hope your still with me? I changed the relay under the rt side kick panel, that didn't fix it ... I also checked the linkage on the control arm, it seem to be in tact... I'm wondering if inside the hieght sensor is cracked? what should I try next? I'm still not sure where the selonoid is located is there any diagrams for that part you can send me??? and how can I bypass to test it or something in that line I thought it was right next to ignition coil selonoid? Is that it? and wires can I connect to test it?

How about a secondary option... Forget about the air ride and convert it to standard suspension http://www.strutmasters.com/jaguar/index.htm May be the better route to go. Think about it. Dave

hey dave I'm not sure I found the right relay, because the two I found were behind the kick plate on the right side of the foot well A post but relays were black, in your description it says the relay should be blue, I will search under the dashboard on the right side tomorrow to see if I can find a blue relay instead of the two black ones I found behind the rt side kick panel... then I'll shoot for the power on the hieght sensors we get back to you asap! again 4349969991 lv messg please

Hey Dave I can't get on instant messenger the computer does,nt have it and I was told not to load it on here? anyway I'm still at a loss I don't have the money to fix it by converting the suspension But I can put in my own labor in to the car, if you can send me a chart of the selonoid and where it is located with a simple shematic? which wires to jump just to test it I'll put a togle switch to by pass it for now it really is changing my ride drastically remember I can't read real shematics but a simple color code process I can handle I know there is six wires on the hieght sensor and 4 have power with the key on...if the car has hydraulic level ride in the rear ? does that mean the front also has level ride too!? please Dave what ever it takes tell me where to go from here Please I'm totally lost...
