Can not eject CDs or play

In my 6 disc Isuzu brand player, CD's will not eject, rotate, or play. When any button is pushed, you can hear it try to move, but then it just beeps twice and stops.

Also, when the car is first turned on you hear the player try to move, beep twice and stop.

2000 Isuzu Rodeo V-6

Already Tried:
Cannot easily remove CD drive. It looks as if the entire dash may need to be removed. I am looking for any other solution that may not involve removing the dash.

Removing the dash plate is the only way to remove the CD changer. If you are using after market cds this is more than likely the reason it is hanging up. Unfortunately there is not an easier way to remove the cd changer.
