My Isuzu will not come out of park.it's a 2001 ...

My Isuzu will not come out of park.
it's a 2001 Vehicross. I have noticed one tail light out, and something was spilled on center console shifter. there are no error codes showing up.

You need to apply the brakes and see if both brake lights will illuminate. If not then a possible brake switch on the brake pedal is bad also check fuses. If the brakes work then suspect the interlock solenoid on the side of the shifter is failed or stuck from liquid spill
