how do i change the serpentine belt on a 98 isuzu trooper

I have a diagram but I don't know how to loosen the tension pulley.

 

Optional Information:
1998 Isuzu Trooper 3.5 L

Already Tried:
Ihave the belt and a new idler pulley which froze, but havent tried to loosen tension on the other pulley

#6 in this diagram is the spring loaded tensioner. You rotate it clockwise to release the pressure.
