i have a 96 isuzu rodeo v6.. the engine runs hot...just had ...

i have a 96 isuzu rodeo v6.. the engine runs hot...just had radiator replaced about 5 months ago and recently had new water pump installed..car stills runs hot...took off radiator cap and noticed that the water wasn't circulating inside radiator... what could cause this problem????
