Reply to Marc's Post: 2000 Isuzu Hombre. I just removed a fuse and the bell stopped but the lights are still on.

It would have to be one of three things.A bad headlight switch or a bad body control module or the wire to the parking lamp relay from the BCM is shorted to ground.Oh one other thing the relay could be sticking so try swapping it with another relay under the hood for testing purposes.
