I have a 1991 isuzu trooper- overheats in hot weather and going up a hill.replaced water pump,thermostat and fan clutch, still overheates,water does flow good and water is and has been very clean

Your most likely going to have to change the radiator. If your sure the system is full of coolant, then the radiator just doesn't have sufficient cooling capacity. the get restricted internally in place you can't see. The fins that dissapate the heat deteriorate and don't do a good job anymore. I think if you replace the radiator, you'll be in good shape.
