Dear Sirs; I have an isuzu picup 2002 diesel engine,in the morning its dificult ta get it started once it starts is the problem gone for that day if I leave for more then 8 huors I will have the same problem.Could you please tell me what could be done.                   Sincirely John.

All diesel engine rely on a glow plug on cold start, if the engine is having a hard time starting when it's cold, then you should replace the glow plug and see if that helps. Most likely that is the issue you are having since you said when it runs there is no more issue, as long as the engine is hot.

thank you for your answer but my problem is more then just glow plugs.I have tested the glow plugs they work perfectly I installed an other glowp/timer and I have noticed that glowpl. relay doesn't work I had to put a groundwire direct to one of the conn. of the relay to get it working so now I have no problem when starting but still don't know the cause.
