How to aline the camshaft with the timing chain in a 2001 Hyundai Accent 1.6 GL

Already Tried:
we bought two intake vavles, timing bult, 4 new spark plugs, fuel fliter, oil fliter, oil change we just cant get it to aline to start

I am trying to find out how to do the timing on the timing chain to aline with the timing belt and camshaft the timing is off so my car wont start how to i do this...?

Just line up the 2 dots on the lower crank gear, and put the cam gear mark at 12 oclock, just be sure they dont move when you are tightening the belt.
