How do I get my 2000 hyundai elantra to take gas at fill up time? It takes for ever to fill the tank.It isn't the stations I've tried others.I would like to repair myself to save money.

Have already tried this and no you don't hear it but I also heard that there is a valve that could restrict the air flow.

I tried blowing thru but I didn't try sucking back thru it would the valve be like a one way check valve.
