How do I know if my motor is seized up in my 1992 Hyundai Excell

I was sitting at a stoplight and went to take off and my car was dead. Now all it does is click when I go to start it. Tried replacing the battery and jumpstarting it, but it doesn't do anything.

changing the battery, popping the clutch to start it

What happened when you tried poping the clutch? Did the wheels lock up?

Sounds like the motor is locked up, or the transmission is locked up, can you put it in neutral and try to start it, does it roll in neutral?
