(Not a Car Question?)

I have a 1996 Hyundai Elantra. It has a seized clutch plate.

I have a 1996 Hyundai Elantra. Today the gear box was resistant when I was changing gears, then wouldn't switch gears unless the car was turned off, then the clutch was pushed in. Still none of the gears would engage, and there was a horrible grinding noise whenever I tried to change the gears. Now the car is stuck in reverse. The engine will start, and if the E break is off it will roll back on its own on a flat plane. The clutch fluid is full. We can't have the car towd because it is stuck in gear. Any suggestions on how to fix this problem, get the car out of gear, and getting it working normally again?
