My 2000 Hyundai accent (has 60,000 miles), Im the second owner keeps dying sporadically. It usually starts up again. However on steeper hills it doesnt (I had to be towed!)

2000 Hyundai Accent GL 1.5 L4

Already Tried:
fuel flush out. Check engine light does not come on, so can not get a reading.

Other mechanics have mentioned this as a possibility....however they are loathe to carry out this lenghty(and expensive) task,as its buried in the gas tank....feeling a car with only 60,ooo miles should not need this.....
