99 Hyundai Sonata

Got a 99 Hyundai Sonata V6 DOHC wIth New Plugs, Wires, Fuel injectors on all 6 and It Idles fine but it wont rev over 3000rpm. Is it the Mass flow sensor, O2 sensor or the Catalytic Converter?
