hyundai manual transmission problem

hi,

i have a hyundai excel 1994, manual trasmission, that has been well maintained.

however, two days ago i have started to have serious troubel with transmission, as before all that was wrong was a bit harder shifting from 2nd to 3rd gear, but not i cannot shift very smoothly, and it seems like the mechanical parts are nto moving properly base don the feeling when i drive.

pardon this primitive desription, but please let me know what i should do.
