I just bought a 05 Hyundai Elantra. I have noticed that when running the air-conditioning and taking any left turns. I hear this whooshing sound coming from the front passenger side of the car. Then there is condensation from underneath the passenger side of the dash. What can be causing this problem?

Hello, welcome to just answer

What you are hearing is water in your air conditioner/heater housing. That is also why you are getting condensation there as well. Your a/c drain tube is most likely clogged up and causing this. Raise your hood and look at firewall where the A/C lines go in. Now right below that about 1 or 2 feet you should see a rubber tube coming out of firewall and angling down toward the ground. Remove that and clean it out, then gently run something small and narrow in the hole on the firewall to remove and debris and let water flow out. Now reinstall drain tube and your good to go.
