Fuel guage quivers on my 99 GMC Suburban

There other electrical system anomolies as well. For instance, when driving, the interior lights will flash on and off as if the door were being opened and closed. There is a aubible doulbe click MOST of the time when in turn on the ignition. Tonight, when I flashed the brights on, the interior lights flashed too.

Already Tried:
Had it in the shop, the replaced a relay in the driver door they said had been getting wet.
