01 gmc jimmy surging, bogging down

01 gmc jimmy 4.3 lit. spark plugs, wires, egr valve, mass air flow sensor have been replaced, as well as throttle body service performed. vehicle will start but when pushing on accelerator rpm’s go to 2,000 and then drops down gradually. under full throttle snap engine boggs down. PLEASE HELP IM CHASING MY TAIL
