i have a 99 gmc seirra 4x4 my transfer case took a crap and i wanted to know if there is a part that i can bolt on to my tranny instead of the transfer case and make the truck permanently 2 wheel drive and if there is such a part were could i find it.

No you would have to change the transmission and have the pcm reprogrammed as a two wheel drive model.You may want to look for a used transfer case that would be your best option.They are not all that hard to change just a little heavy.
