I have a 1994 GMC Z71 350 auto. I just replaced the radiator with a new one. But after i drive the truck for a while and kill the engine I hear water boiling under the dash. I replaced the thermostate But still hear water boiling under the dash. And if I get back in the truck drive around the temp. guage will start going toward the red zone. When I open the hood the over flow res. is still on the hot mark. What could be the problem. Plus my Air con. wont work now it comes on but its hot air instead of cold. Could it be the heater core or is ther a valve that is not opening. my e-mail is sundancer1957@sbcglobal.net

You have air in the cooling system. The best way to get it out is to find a shop with a tool called an air lift. The tool pulls a vacuum on the cooling system and pulls the coolant back in.I love the one I use and have none of the cooling system problems like I used to have.
