I have a 1995 GMC Sierra. Recently, it started to slightly hesitate at highway speed or if you accelerate but are easy on the gas. It does not hesitate when you are hard on the gas, i.e. shifting gears or hard acceleration.

You said you didn't try anything so I'll give you a few easy things to do that may striaghten it out real quick.

Replace the fuel filter
Add a quality fuel conditioner (follow the instructions noted othe bottle)
Check you air filter for dirt
