i have a 1995 gmc yukon it will not fire all it does is ...

i have a 1995 gmc yukon it will not fire all it does is turn over, it has been cold out and my tank is less than a 1/4 full is it possoble that i could have water in my line/injectors i have allready changed the coil and ignition module what should i do next??
