Having an issue with a 1995 GMC Jimmy 4WD. The windshield wipers will turn on and go very slowly and also while doing this cause the radio and the above console thermometer and compass to turn off and reset. I saw there was a recall for cracked wiper solder joints but would just the wipers cause the problems with the radio and compass as well? I also moticed when starting the truck and having the radio switch on it also will make 3 loud beeps and then the radio shuts off and resets. Any help would be greatly appreciated....
