Hello Customer (name blocked for privacy), It is not uncommon for a fuel pump to fail intermittently. If you can get someone to crank the engine over while you hit the bottom of the fuel tank with a block of wood, you may get the pump to turn on and the engine to start. I do this many times when one of our trucks get stuck on the road. Many times the make it back to the shop, as long as we don't shut the engine off.Good luck,Jerry.
