Hello Customer (name blocked for privacy), Super mechanic here. If you don't hear the fuel pump come on when you turn the key to the run position you will have to see if there is power getting to the pump. It will only pump for about 2 seconds and then go off. It is a good idea to have an assistant turn the key on while you listen down the filler tube.

I have had a lot of success in doing this by hitting the gas tank with a big rubber hammer and it sometimes will jarr the fuel pump, (or a connection) to where the engine will start. If it does, then you know that the problem is there. Let me know what you find, thanks
