Have a 2000 Pontica Grand Prix Se, Light bult on radion

Have a 2000 Pontica Grand Prix Se, Light bulb on radio and clock went off. Is there an easy way to replace bult without taaking whole dsh off, Seems to me there should be a way of getting to that bulb without all that hassle. HELP!!!!

That control you talk of does control the dash board etc. The bulb on the radio/clock does not light at all no matter what position that wswitch is on. I believe the bul on the radio.clock is burned out. Any other answers????
