My 2003 Yukon XL speedometer show 20mph when stopped. Once you going to accelerate, it will then read, but "show" 20mph faster than normal.

Your $1 value is a little lower than I usually answer but you need a new instrument panel cluster.It will need programmed with a Tech 2 GM scan tool to operate properly.There is also a possibility that a reprogram will fix it.Please leave a bonus if you possibly can to help me out a little here.

I disconnected the battery for 10 minutes and it seemed to reset the speedo back to zero.
