1990 geo tracker will not start ...

1990 geo tracker 5 spd. lost power and will not start, fuel pump runs but very breifly checked comp. replaced comp. 2 times nothing control relay 3 times nothing jumped pink wire at comp. to fuel pump , fuel pump runs , however will not start took out # 1 spark plug turned off lights no spark help jeff

checking all electric we have a factory book everything is checking out
