95 grand am SE,want to hook up r134 can to recharge system,where is the place i connect the hose,i'm female please be specific,thanks

Pressurized refrigerant is very dangerous and can blind you or worse, not to mention what overcharging your system would damage. You really shouldn't be trying that.
